The following are the Terms and Conditions of Sales
Please read these Terms carefully as they constitute a legally binding contract (“Agreement”) between you and the holder of the website mydailydose.eu (the „Site”) OÜ Inanna Inspirations (“we”, “our”, “us”, etc.) – Reg. 12158806 at Ehitajate 33-42 12612 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail: mydailydose@expresstoexperience.com (the “Contact”) – that governs all use by you of the mydailydose.eu and the physical and digital products, services, memberships etc. (taken together as the “Services” or “Products“). By placing an order for Services on this Site you accept and are bound by this Agreement.
MODIFICATIONS
Without affecting the orders already confirmed we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement and its terms, as well as the fees and other charges for our Services, at any time. All such modifications will become effective immediately after being posted on the Site.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS / ORDERS
Our products (all besides Books) are made on demand instead of in bulk. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
To make sure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, please make sure you submit the correct order details at checkout. We do not take responsibility for missed deliveries due to typos in the delivery information.
Your order is a purchase for which you have paid the applicable fee and/or other charges that we have accepted and received.
Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery.
All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, phone number, or any other special requirements, please Contact us soonest possible.
After placing your order you will receive updates about the status of your order, including delivery time estimations. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. When your order is shipped it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to show up in a carrier’s tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates and it does not mean the shipment is lost.
DELIVERY
While we may provide delivery estimates, we can’t provide guaranteed delivery dates. Once we receive payment for your order, it is fulfilled and passed onto the carrier. This is also the moment where you legally become the owner of the products.
The shipping costs and the VAT are included in the Product/Service price. Note that the end customer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees the order may incur.
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.
These are delivery estimates. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. For that DO NOT DELAY CHECKING YOUR PRODUCTS CAREFULLY SOONEST POSSIBLE.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
WRONG ADDRESS
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for additional reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
UNCLAIMED
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility and you will be liable for the additional cost of a reshipment.
ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT
If you notice an issue with the product, in case of any shipment or quality issues DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS BEFORE CONTACTING US via email at mydailydose@expresstoexperience.com no later than within 14 days from the delivery date – please refer the order number and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. It is highly advised to attach relevant photos and/or closeups to your communication. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact us and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Our designs are made following original specifications and on demand, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
CLAIMS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any buyer complaints arising from or related to this Agreement they are advised to contact us.
All disputes and claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
For Users in the European Union and the United Kingdom: Alternatively, you can contact the consumer center in your country or you can decide to access the platform for alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes provided by the European Commission.
