1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and contractual relationships made on the website https://mydailydose.eu (the “Site”), operated by OÜ Inanna Inspirations (Registry Code: 12158806, Address: Mäepealse 31-39, Tallinn 12618, Estonia; contact email: mydailydose@ohin.ee), hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Seller”.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products, Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT and standard delivery costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Product Specifications: Most of our products (e.g., apparel, mugs, art prints) are produced on demand to ensure sustainable, high-quality production.
  • Payment: Orders are processed upon full payment receipt through our authorized secure payment service providers.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Production & Shipping: Orders are usually fulfilled within 3–7 business days, followed by standard shipping. Estimated delivery times within Europe are generally 6–8 business days.
  • Ownership Transfer: Legal ownership of ordered products passes to the buyer once the item is produced and handed over to the delivery carrier.
  • Tracking & Address Accuracy: Tracking information will be provided once dispatched. Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. Shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or non-claim will incur reshipment costs.

4. Inspection, Returns, Cancellations & Statutory Rights

  • Inspection for Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: For all print-on-demand items (e.g., apparel, mugs, art prints), please inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. Claims regarding damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery so we can process fulfillment replacements.
  • Statutory Guarantee for Coloring Books: Under EU consumer law, the 2-year legal guarantee for our coloring books applies strictly to manufacturing flaws present at delivery (such as missing pages, broken binding, or severe misprints). The guarantee does not cover external markings, bleed-through from heavy-ink or wet media (such as permanent markers or paints), or any consumer-inflicted coloring, drawing, or scribbling. Any coloring book returned with markings, drawings, or color inside will be rejected for a refund or replacement.
  • Prior Contact Mandatory (No Unannounced Returns): Customers must contact us directly at mydailydose@ohin.ee before returning any item. Products sent back without prior notice or authorization will not be accepted or processed.
  • Made-to-Order Right of Withdrawal Exclusion: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom goods produced to individual consumer specifications or made-to-order.
  • Coloring Books Right of Withdrawal: Unopened, unused coloring books in their original condition  when carefully wrapped in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the standard 14-day withdrawal right. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, visual designs, titles, and site content displayed on mydailydose.eu are protected by copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of Inna Inanna and OÜ Inanna Inspirations. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. In the event of a dispute, buyers are encouraged to contact us directly at mydailydose@ohin.ee to reach an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) or the competent consumer dispute committee.
